Introduction

Cunzheng Fan is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Photonics Laboratory in the Division of Computer, Electrical, and Mathematical Sciences & Engineering (CEMSE) at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). He obtained a B.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2018 and 2023, respectively, and became a postdoctoral fellow in HUST in 2024. His research focuses on Distributed Optical Fiber Sensing. He has published over 20 publications in journals and conference proceedings. He also serves the scientific community as a reviewer for several international journals, such as the Journal of Lightwave Technology, iScience, Optics Letters, Optics Express, Optics and Laser Technology, among others.
